TO COLLECT THE BICYCLE, THE CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO:
1. PROVIDE VALID DOCUMENT with PHOTO
ID or Driving License or Passport.
2. PAY a SECURITY DEPOSIT
50 € per bike for CITY BIKE models.
100 € per bike for TREK and E-BIKE models.
Security deposit payable by CASH or by CREDIT/DEBIT CARD with preauthorization (cards accepted: Visa or Mastercard / NO Maestro).
The security deposit will be refunded upon return of the bicycle, according to the terms and conditions of the contract.

1. ENG. Cancellation policy dependent on the rate chosen: (a.) BASIC RATE: No refund. (b.) BASIC FLEXI & ALL-INCLUSIVE RATE: 100% refund in the event of cancellation at least 24 hours before bike pick-up. ESP. Política de cancelación en función de la tarifa elegida: (a.) TARIFA BÁSICA: Sin devolución. (b.) TARIFA BÁSICA FLEXI & ALL-INCLUSIVE: Reembolso del 100% en caso de cancelación al menos 24 horas antes de la recogida de la bicicleta.
2. ENG. Any cancellation, has to be communicated at: info@bikeinmindvalencia.com ESP. Todas la cancelaciones tienen que ser comunicadas por correo electrónico a: info@bikeinmindvalencia.com

1. BIKES LIABILITY / RESPONSABILIDAD DE LAS BICICLETAS:
ENG. Locking the bicycle does not remove liability for theft. The insurance doesn't cover damage caused by misuse of the bike and the theft or loss of the bike and the bikes' accessories.
ESP. Atar la bicicleta no quita la responsabilidad por robo. El seguro no cubre los daños causados por mal uso de la bicicleta ni el robo o pérdida de la bici y de los accesorios de la bici.
2. LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD: ENG. The customers bears full legal liability for damages and injuries caused to himself and to third parties. BIKE IN MIND is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by the rented bikes and/or items during the rental period. The damage insurance by BIKE IN MIND covers only damage of the bike rented. 2b.The customer is responsable for the payment of any medical bills in case of damage and injuries caused to themselves and to third parties. ESP. El arrendatario se asume la responsabilidad legal total por las heridas y daños causados a su mismo y a terceros. BIKE IN MIND no es responsable por heridas y daños causados por el uso con los objetos alquilados durante el tiempo del alquiler. El seguro contra daños de BIKE IN MIND cubre solamente los daños a la bicicleta de la empresa, alquilada por el cliente. 2b. El cliente es responsable del pago de cualquier coste de medicamento en el caso de daños y heridas a su mismo y a terceros.
